👉 Today we are going to introduce you to some self defense techniques with Sensei Altair Bezerra Araujo.

Master Altair, known as Tinha in the Brazilian martial arts community, is a 7th degree Judo coral belt, a BJJ black. Tinha integrated the tactical squad of Brazilian Police also instructing self defence to the police force for over 20 years.

Now retired, he work to help Judo and Jiu Jitsu Senseis and school owners to professionalize the the Judo and Jiu Jitsu scene in Brazil.
